Career in Pet Grooming

Pet Groomers are responsible for cleaning, cutting, bathing, and drying an animal. They will 'pamper' a pet while they are brought to the grooming establishment by their owner. Groomers are typically uneducated even though they will sometimes have obtained a diploma or certificate in grooming. These usually only take a few weeks to complete. The grooming industry has grown rapidly as more people take their pets to groomers for services.
